Staunton Lake For many years the Staunton Lake has been a recreational treat for area residents. I remember swimming at the beach with friends from many communities when I was growing up. It's still one of the most beautiful areas around. Fishing at Staunton Lake is unparalled. Many people take advantage of the closeness of the lake and readily take their boat and gear to catch a little fun in the sun and manybe even a few fish. Each year the Ducks Unlimited group schedule a clean-up day at the lake. A little bit of community service goes a long way in keeping the great outdoors great.   To Top
