Zoning Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00pm at the Public Works Building located at 914 N Easton St.

ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONS REQUIRE BUILDING PERMITS

If you are changing your roof line or adding an accessory building to your property you are required to apply for a building permit.

Any indoor remodeling or updates do not require permits at this time. Staunton's building permit requirements extend 1-1/2 miles outside the city limits.
